Alexandra Pohl
Alexandra Pohl founded UpManagement on the conviction that fragmented US property management represents a durable consolidation opportunity — and that the operating layer of real estate deserves to be run with the same rigor as the assets it serves.
Raised in a real estate family, she holds dual undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Exercise Science and competed as an NAIA Division I dual-sport athlete before earning an MBA in Global Business Management. She spent seven-plus years at Toyota and Danfoss applying lean and the Toyota Production System to complex operations, and more than eight years in US federal leadership roles. Over her career she has directed more than $300 million in development.
